should the sensor be on the top of the differential?

i bypassed it back in 1989. i never drove a vehicle with ABS before, so not having ABS was not a problem.
it still is not a problem. the only thing i have that has working abs is the crown vic, and i hate the brakes on that.

would this be similar thing for me to check on mine have replaced a brake line after the rabs hcu and have tried every thing to get my brakes back even replaced MC nothing same thing im going crazy!!!!!!!!
