I know a way to get a good attendence to the next outing, Freebee's and Food.
Everyone that attends gets a raffle ticket and possible winner. Of course they need to be present to win.
Every hour (or 1/2 hr, 1/4 hr, 15 seconds) have a drawing.
I can donate a TV stand. It was for my new 56 inch DLP TV, but did not have enough space for my electronics (DVD, Blue ray, Satellite Receivers, PlayStation 3, Xbox 360, etc...) so I picked up another one and this one is taking up space in my garage.
I can bring my Grill again and do the cooking.
