Ford Freestyle. 3 codes...what do they mean?

Got a Ford Freestyle at work and we got 3 codes. They are....P0401 - EGR Flow Insufficient.....P0171 - System Too Lean (Bank 1)......P0174 - System Too Lean (Bank 2) what do these mean? Any help would be great...Thanks.
