It appears to be a 1955 Ford. The emblem on the side of the hood and the length of the bed will tell you what model it is (F100, F250, F300) or the Vin plate on the inside of the glove box door will confirm the year, model, assembly location and options as well as color. Post the Vin # and we can decode it for you.

sorry about the tree's and such. I will be pulling it out of the tree's soon and will update it when I do. As far as I can tell most of the body is in good condition but the interior looks shot...

You won't get rich if you are thinking of selling it. There in KS mid fifty's pickups are still pretty plentiful. If body/bed is straight with minimal rust at the cab corners, floor, fenders and running boards, it is worth whatever someone is willing to pay, but right now that's likely to be 500.00 to 2000.00. If it runs and can be driven add 500.00 to 1,000.00 if a V8. A six won't add anything much to the value.

Your pictures shows what is left of an OHV V-8. It may or may not be original, ...can't tell. From the rest of what I saw I would say you will be doing good to get $500.00. The way the engine was left with the heads and intake gone and apparently left open for many years, I think you can write off what is left of it. Missing glass and all the trash in the cab points to it probably being rusted out in all the usual places. However, don't let this discourage you from selling it or parting it out if you have the time.
Get some air in the tires, pull it out and get rid of the trash. Clean it up as best you can and take better pictures including the bad rusted places. If it still has a clear title that could make it worth more. tell us exactly where this thing is located. It will market better with people near you as transportation costs are worse than the purchase price if it has to be hauled any real distance.
