1995 f150 engine swap 302 to 351

Hey guys.

I have a 1995 ford f150 with a 302 and am looking to put a 1989 351 in it. I have the motor already bolted in place of the 302 and i was just wondering about the computers and wiring harnesses. Anybody have any idea if i need to swap the computers and can i use the 95 wiring harness on the 89 engine? Any help would be appreciated.
