were to buy firewood

Well I figure its worth a shot to ask here if anyone has any suggestions on where I can go for firewood. Live in Morrow county (around the Sparta area). Just moved in to the area this summer and we have a wood stove and wood furnace and no wood yet... and its starting to get cold well at least we have a propane furnace too so we have a backup. Just wondered if any of the Ohioans here on fte burn wood. I've also heard there is hefty fines for taking wood across county lines... is that for all counties or just certain ones?

Not sure about the new wood law, but I do see alot of signs posted about taking "past this point". Something to do with bugs? and trying to keep it quarantined.

Did some research, its the Emerald Ash Borer quarantine, and my county (morrow) is not in quarantine so I cannot get wood from any county that is quarantined. For the record though I have found one seemingly good deal locally so I should be set for wood. I've heard folks tend to screw ya with wood though, so I'll be stacking this and measuring it to see if its a full cord before I buy any more from this guy.
