Ranchero's are considered Torino's: 1972/76 / LTD II's: 1977/79.
Chassis and powertrain components: 72/76 Torino/Montego // 1974/79 Cougar // 1977/79: LTD II/T-Bird/Mark V.
Many of the
parts are also the same as: 1972/76 T-Bird // 1973/76 Mark IV.
The 1974/76
Torino Elite (Body Style 65M) has a different roof line than other Torino 2 door HT models, otherwise it's exactly the same car.
Did'ja know that the long straight bed side mouldings on Ranchero's are the same 1968/79?
Many of the chassis/powertrain components are also the same. These Ranchero's, Torino's, Fairlanes, LTD II's and all the rest may not look the same from the outside, but....
Behind the sheet
metal skin...it's a different story.
