Good morning, folks.

Well the procedure I went through yesterday at U o fM Heart Center verified i have coronary heart disease. I've got two blockages that are unable to be opened using a stent, fortunately, they are only 50% blocked. Starting Lipitor, low fat diet and an excerise plan immediately to slow the collection of plaque in my arteries.

Sounds like a TV Commerical, huh? Morele of the story, for me anyway. Don't let financial success influence you to the point that you neglect excercise and a proper diet. The more we make, the more we can afford a trip to Morton or Ruth Chris' for that big juicy steak. The more we make, the more we can afford to hire others to do stuff for us. The more we make, the more we direct others and rely only on our own experience not actions.

Hope my experience helps someone else take a look at their own lifestyle, and make a change that will forgot such an experience.
