Wow. I am throughly impressed with this state. It seems that the elected government was voted in by only three or four people...all tree huggers.

That's good that the state will not carry through with that. I was wondering, when it rains on a dirty oily truck, wouldn't the stuff that washes off go down the same drains? What happens when someone drives through puddle in a rain storm? Doesn't the stuff that gets rinsed off the bottom of the vehicle go down the storm drains?
