What's up with Washington's leaders

Found this in the online version of USA Today.
No driveway carwashes, Wash. state says - USATODAY.com

No more washing vehicles your drive without diverting your run-off water.

I call them greentards. They are stupid people who's sole purpose in life is to screw with others and get taxpayer money in the name of the environment.
I am moving to Idaho.
On the plus side, I am far greener than these posers, since I just don't wash my vehicles.

I agree, Jared. They're the ones that have to invent new ways of making themselves look or feel important by setting unrealistic standards and threatening to enforce them.

(in Napoleon Dynamite voice) Fricken Idiot! Gosh!

What a joke.

Here in Auburn it is illegal to park your car on your front yard. Only on gravel or concrete. Good thing I have illegal access to my backyard. Still would wash my truck and car in driveway or not. I just love to hate this demo state. Must be a Gregoiure pal

Wow. I am throughly impressed with this state. It seems that the elected government was voted in by only three or four people...all tree huggers.

I did just read this though:

and this:

Somebody will soon be doing some back peddling

That's good that the state will not carry through with that. I was wondering, when it rains on a dirty oily truck, wouldn't the stuff that washes off go down the same drains? What happens when someone drives through puddle in a rain storm? Doesn't the stuff that gets rinsed off the bottom of the vehicle go down the storm drains?

Didn't you hear? You have to run around your truck or car with an umbrella and keep your vehicle dry!!!

My garage just isn't tall enough anymore. Not gonna cut a hole in the door for the hitch either.
