Cool Another Dealership down the Drain - Iversen Ford in Billerica MA

Seems that Iversen Ford in Billerica, MA is closing its doors!! Guess the lease is up and Ford wants too much for the Dealership and the current owner can't afford it or whatever... They are only performing services.. NO Warranty work and NO RECALL work!! So much for getting the Brake Recall work done on my truck....

So the question to all you Fellow New Englandah's is this...

Is there a decent/trustworthy Ford Dealership in the Tewksbury, MA Area that has a worthy Service Department?? Please don't say Auto-Scare Ford in Manchester NH.......

Hmmm yea.... With my truck when I bought it new.... It went in @ 4486 miles for a front-end vibration / Front tires feathering -- they did an alignment it was fine for about 2,500 more miles. Finally at ~7500 miles it started to vibrate / feather again.... so they aligned it yet a second time!! After the second time then it was fine! The Service Manager could never really explain what was up or why it needed 2 Front-end Alignments with less than 8,000 miles on the Truck! Granted the truck now has 35,000 with those same tires and same alignment and all is good... but the lack of knowledge and professionalism from the Service Advisors/Managers at AutoFair.

So my experience at Auto-Scare is less than acceptable to my liking...

Well there is Nassar Ford in Lawrence, MA who is noted for their service..

Been there years ago with no problems.

I got my truck at Regan in Haverhill, MA and haven't had any real issues with them..

Both are right off of rte 495 so it should be easy for you to get there.

These are all a bit of a drive for you but I have had equal good luck with Danvers Ford and York Ford. Used to use Sentry Ford in Medford when I lived over that way.
