Oregon smog question

I live in Cali, but the vehicle I want to sell (86'CJ-7) dosent have cali smog. Its missing the smog equipment. I hear Oregon has no smog. Just trying to get some info.

Most of Oregon has no DEQ emission testing, but some area's do.

I was planing to sell in Medford.
My jeep is 22yrs old so it dosent need smog there.
