Squeaky ball joints
My 05 has developed a squeak on the right side when turning, I have traced it
down to the ball joints on the passenger side, no grease fittings on OEM ball joints
they are tight with no play and was wondering if anybody has ever tried a
needle greaser to poke through the rubber boot to grease the ball joints and yea
I know this is the first sign that they will need to be replaced, I have got a price
of $360 for parts and labor to replace with Moog ball joints and then $60 bucks for
an alignment so what do you all think.

Pay me now or pay me later...
I see from your signature that your X has over 60K miles... Mine is ready to turn 60K and I have had the squeek from my passenger side balljoint for a few months now... a few shots of slick-50 spray lube every week or so "band-aids" the squeek... But it's not going to fix itself.
My 99 F250 Super Duty had the ball joints replaced at 68K miles.
I bought Moog ball joints at the beginning of the summer and will eventally fix the problem. I too, have little, if any play in mine... just that embarrassing squeek.
I've posted a couple of links below that may help.

Well it's done, I replaced the ball joints yesterday on both sides and no more squeaking, also replaced dust seal, hub seal and yellow o-ring for vacuum hub all in all not that bad of a job with the exception of broken 1/2" breaker bar trying to break loose drivers side upper ball joint nut and had to make a tool to install hub seal on axle. But I'll have to say ball joints did not have play, however after taking apart and inspecting the old and comparing to the new what a difference with how free the old was compared to the new so more than likely maybe another 5K miles they would have had play and started knocking. So that's money well spent and not having to take it in and having a shop to the job is priceless. After a test drive this morning not sure if I will need an alignment, seems to drive just fine, steering wheel is strait no pulling no tire squeal when turning, very happy with the way it all turned out.

For those reading these threads, your squeaking may be ball joints as Xs eat them every 60,000 kms...40,000 less if you get it dirty routinely.
One other source that can be tricky to hunt down is the front body mounts found under the front carpet wells. If you exercise your truck in the twisties, they can loosen and make your X groan on corners like an old sailing ship. Tighten them with caution as they break easily with too much torque. But there are lots at the wreckers hiding in the F250s as well.
