Moultrie Ga fall auto swap

Has anyone ever been to the auto swap in Moultrie? I passed through there several years ago and saw a lot of old trucks and cars at Hardees but did not know the swap was starting or I would have stayed awhile. I was thinking of going in Nov. and wanted to know if it is big enough to make a 350 mile trip worth while. Thanks. Larry

I've been a number of times. It's a good swap meet. I make the trip to Florida every November to visit family and to attend the Turkey Run in Daytona. I always try to make this show while I'm there. It is usually the week before the Daytona show. Only you can make the determination as to whether it's worth a 350 mile drive or not but I think it is...

I gone to Moultrie for the past five years and plan to go this year. It has a good swap meet. FYI I travel about 225 miles each way. I takes me about 5 to 6 hours to walk the swap meet area but I usually know what I am looking for (don't usually look at the chevy parts).

Good luck and happy hunting

Paul

I'm planning to be there at the Turkey Run all day Friday and Saturday so if anybody wants to meet up at a designated place and time that's okay by me...maybe you could start a separate thread on it.

I am seriously thinkng about going but it is a few weeks away and we never know what might transpire to change our plans. When the time gets closer we can see who is going and maybe get together there. If I go it will be on Friday. Larry.
