I would also like to know about it. I seen the oil at Wally World and it was a better deal than Rotella and comes with an extra quart. The Motorcraft stuff says it designed for PS engines, just wondering if its any good I would guess YES, but.....

Wink

Do your engine a big favor and trade the Delo for Shell full synthetic Rotella you'll be glad you did!! and unless you absolutely have a favorite get a PUROLATOR PURE ONE filter pn#PL44872 a little more than an FL-1995 from Wal-Mart but again well worth it!!

Steve, just got to ask this, i know you were complaining in an earlier thread about the oil. Could it be fuel related? Getting fuel from someone else the last 1500 or so miles? Rotella syn here... Good luck bud..

Just thought i would ask, got some bad fuel before and it clicked and clanked, drove me crazy. Just seen your other post, everything tight. Sounds different from a new exhaust??

I started running the Motorcraft about 500 miles ago. I haven't noticed any difference between that and the Rotella I used to run. But I was having problems before i switched, so maybe I just haven't noticed it. But for what its worth, I haven't noticed any difference in the sound of the engine.

I know for me Steve, when i put on my 4 inch exhaust down pipe back, more exhaust flow, more noise. Doesn't sound wierd that you change out your oil and exhaust and you notice these changes....

Motorcraft 15-40 caused my 99 to romp, even when it was fresh and not that cold. Switched to Shell 5W-40 syn.. no more romp..Engine sounds better.
