Question Rear Spring Change 99.5

I had a spring break on my 99.5 and picked up a set from a 2004 1 ton with overloads. I pull a gooseneck stock trailer and when I took of the ole set, the stack was 2" hign ahd the block was 4". The new set are 4" high. I did not put the block back in and was wondering if I should put in a 2" to get back to the 6" lift? The truck looks more balanced without the rear end sticking up but was wondering if this will cause any issues hauling or towing.

Any advice, suggestions?

You really don't want the rear sitting low under a load because it will cause over steer problems which will lead to fish-tailing. If you like the looks of it now with no load, you could always get air bags for towing. Just a thought.
