Genearl chit chat, to "slow down" on the thread hijacks...

Ive made a new thread that contains a link to a page i find usufull. If we could get a thread like that stickied or added to the tech thread... Also would be nice if the mods could keep the hijack out and move them here...

Just a thought let me know what you think..

Would this be the "general chit chat Mk 1" or is that a little too much repeat of history?

I think it was in reference to the Lincoln naming scheme of the old days.

Damn...I was just there in July. Actually, went right by you when I ended up on 129 instead of 321 trying to get to the freeway. I was taking the scenic route...yah, that's it. I did get to do some very light off roading down Parson's Branch from Cades Cove to the Dragon. Some of the roads (well, that's what THEY call them) getting to the cabin in Wears Valley were almost needing 4wd especially when it rained.

I miss it up there and can only imagine the fun off roadin you get to do.

https://www.ford-trucks.com/forums/7...l-engines.html

4 responses to a question about a 99+ 5.4. 1 guy has a V10, two have pre-99 trucks withOUT the 5.4, and one guy has a van.

I'm sick of the MPG threads too, but don't answer if you don't even have the engine he's asking about?

Found out Warn doesn't make hubs for my flavor of D60. Looks like I'm stuck in ESOF-hell for a while longer

http://www.plowsite.com/archive/index.php/t-23100.html They say 35 spline outters? Could I just replace the outer shaft, or would I run into joint size prblems?
