I bought one at NAPA a few years ago. It was on one of the turning stands with misc. stuff on it. You might try the HELP line of stuff at O'Rielly Auto parts or Autozone too.

Hey Dennis I happen to see your post and have been meaning to ask you about your dana 60 upgrade on your 69 pulling truck. Have you ever posted any details on here about how you did that? I am building a pulling truck and have a 79 f250 frame and would like to put the 1 ton under it while I have it torn down to the frame. The question(s) that I had was what year did the front axle come from, fab work to put in etc. Sorry for the .

The frame under my truck is a 78 F-250 same as your 79. The 60 was a bolt in deal. Dropped the 44 out put the 60 in. I used a 60 out of a 79 F-250.

I bought a 79 F-350 and swapped front axles so I had all the parts needed. I then sold the donor truck for almost what I gave for it.

What rear alxle are you gonna use?

I think I will just stick with the dana 60 rear until I move up a class and then I might look into a rockwell. Here is a link to our site
