Jalapeno Bread for Bread Machine
Makes 1.5 lb loaf

1 cup water
1 teaspoon salt
2 Tablespoon white sugar
1/2 cup shredded monterey Jack Cheese
6 Tablespoons fresh chopped Jalapeno
3 Cups Bread Flour
1/2 Tablespoon Bread Machine Yeast

Add ingredients according to the bread machine manufacturers directions. Set your machine on regular basic bread.

FYI regular basic bread on some machines are white bread setting.

Also if you are out of Bread Flour you can use All-Purpose Flour and Wheat Gluten. For every one cup of all-purpose flour you add one tablespoon of wheat gluten. Learn that in 4-H cooking class last year.

1 Tablespoon chopped jalapeno pepper
3 1/4 Cups Bread Flour
1/3 Cup cornmeal
2 Tablespoons sugar
1 1/2 teaspoon salt
2 1/2 teaspoon bread machine yeast

Add ingredients according to the bread machine manufacturers directions. Select Basic/White cycle. Use Medium or Light Crust color. Remove baked bread from pan, and cool on wire rack.

2 Tablespoon margarine(I use blue bonnet)
1/3 Cup plus 1 Tablespoon water
3/4 Cup Salsa(whatever hotness you want)

Place ingredients in bread machine in the order recommended in the manufacturers instructions. Select Basic/White Cycle.
