I did a little googling and came up nwith a site that says no body is currently manufacturing them. Might try E-Bay.

Most likely not. There were specific radios for our trucks and if it's not made specifically for our trucks, it won't fit without modifications. And to find an AM/FM/CB radio will be very hard and also very expensive if you find one.

I have a '78 F250 w/ a Realistic TRC-472 am/fm/cass/cb in it that looks like it 'belongs,' I don't know if Radio Shack is still producing them or not?

The Lincoln should work. All Ford 73-78 and many pre-73 full size sedans have the same radio mounting dimensions, but they are deeper. It will bolt up, but you'll have to check if it will be able to be pushed all the way back in to the dash.
