Figuring the Compression ration after a turbo/supercharger is added

How do you figure the "new" modified compression ratio of a motor/engine after a turbo or supercharger is added to it? Example if I had 9 to 1 from the motor and added a device at boost of x gives me what figure?

Any and all help would be appreciated. I am just trying to learn how this works theoretically.

Thanks!

if you go to the bds website and look under the "tech" link it will have a chart that will give you a rough estimate how much boost will affect your engine
