Turn Right...It Stalls?

I have a 92 F-150 with a 302 and 5 speed.

Today in city traffic when I slowed down to turn right unto another street...it stalled. I didn't come to a complete stop...I was in sedond gear doing about 20 miles an hour. Took my foot off the gas crank the wheel to the right and while coasting thru the turn it died...It happed again a few files later...only right not left...

Any ideas? Thanks for the help

Manual transmission 302s of 1992 vintage have an idle-up/pressure sensor on one of the power steering hoses that causes the idle of the engine to increase when the steering wheel is turned when the engine is idling.

Does the idle slow when turning to the right?? Or is it unchanged or does it increase in idle speed?? Doesnt necessarily explain why second gear right turns would cause the engine to die-but it may if the engine speed/vehicle speed becomes low enough. And if right hand turns have higher resistance because of steering box/power steering issues. Is steering right from idle speed more difficult than steering left??

At idle when turning the wheel the idle doesn't change (left or right)...however, I've noticed that I normally don't turn left while moving since you are normally having to wait for traffic or light to change so I'm normally accerating when going left...

The sensor on the power steering hose...how do you check it?

It shows up as a error code in the KOER scan & (located at bottom of steering colum, just above gearbox) w/engine at curb idle, sensor is bad if unplugging & replugging sensor has no effrct on idle.
