What is a roller motor? Someone said they started in '94. My truck is a '94.

A Roller Motor has to do with the Lifters for the Camshaft. The lifters are not flat. They have a roller on the bottom and each pair intake & exhaust are connected by a dogbone. And Thanks for your comment. 92
