Power cut out

I was cruising along at 55 on flat ground when all of a sudden power died and my CEL came on. I pulled over immediately, and to my surprise, it idled just fine with no CEL, but as soon as I touched the pedal, the CEL came on and the engine RPM would not increase above idle. I popped the hood for a quick check but everything appeared to be in order. I turned down my chip to stock and when I went through my fast idle setting the idle jumped up. Bingo! The engine was capable of speeding up when commanded by the computer, but the pedal would not do it. Looked under the dash and my throttle pedal had come unplugged. Plugged it back together and everything was fine. Just thought I'd share the story in case it happens to anyone else.

Yes, I was thinking a little zip tie would make a good permanent repair if it happens again.
