Jalapeno Bread for Bread Machine
Makes 1.5 lb loaf
1 cup water
1 teaspoon salt
2 Tablespoon white sugar
1/2 cup shredded monterey Jack Cheese
6 Tablespoons fresh chopped Jalapeno
3 Cups Bread Flour
1/2 Tablespoon Bread Machine Yeast
Add ingredients according to the bread machine manufacturers directions. Set your machine on regular basic bread.
FYI regular basic bread on some machines are white bread setting.
Also if you are out of Bread Flour you can use All-Purpose Flour and Wheat Gluten. For every one cup of all-purpose flour you add one tablespoon of wheat gluten. Learn that in 4-H cooking class last year.

Thats a great idea Pat. I probably couldn't add many recipes but new ones are always cool to try.
