Wiring diagrams

Where is a good place to download a wiring diagram for 93-95 F150? I have a Haynes manual & it doesn't show wiring for mass air or possible changes between years.

I do not know of a good place. There are several places that have diagrams but I see errors it them and some have the wrong diagram completely and worthless.

The only place to look at the right diagram for your truck is the place that all of the other diagrams are copied from.
That would be the big fold out diagram from Ford and they do not cost much only $12.00 but are a little hard to read.
For the 1994 F150 for example would be the "1994 Truck Wiring Diagrams for the Bronco, F150-F350, F-Super Duty, F-Super Duty Motorhome Stripped Chassis and F-Super Duty Commercial Stripped Chassis."
Number = FPS-12135-94S
And is from the FORD Techmical Publications Department, Ford Motor Company.

You can get yours at HELM INC. Helm Incorporated: Search Results
Price: $12.00 In Stock
Pkg Qty: 1
Media: Paper
Language: English
Item/Part #: FPS1213594S
Detailed wiring schematics, illustrations and component descriptions developed by the OEM. Information contained in each vehicle specific manual, has been developed to aid technicians in diagnosing and repairing vehicle wiring and electrical systems. Each manual covers the entire vehicle bumper to bumper including connectors, splices, grounds and component location and testing.
Description:
Complete Schematic Illustrations Of The Electrical Wiring System.

Or maybe on ebay.

Bill, were there any changes to the wiring from 93-94-95? Mainly, the 2 firewall plugs for the connection going into cab.

Yes, even in the same year depending on what type F150 you have.
Example here is C202 from a 1994 F150, look at the stars below and wire color changes at the same pin.

1994 F150 C202F

Thanks, Bill. The reason I'm asking is I have the opportunity to get a complete wiring harness for a 94, 95 F150 that has mass air & was trying to see how different the firewall plugs were.

If the trucks are both F-series Gas and not Lightning I would think they would be very close to the same, if not you could switch a pin or two very easy.
The big difference would be the under hood wiring. There would have different wiring from the computer to the transmission unless they had the same transmission. You would also need a different computer to match the engine wiring as the 93 if a 5.0 would have bank FI and the 94 & 95 would have SFI.
I do not have a pin out of the dash plugs for the 1993 so I can not put them up but more than likely it would be the same.

If I was to do this, I would pull computer, wiring harness, underhood power box, MAF sensor, tranny wiring & MLPS, firewall plugs, etc. I guess I would have to compare firewall plug wiring to what I have currently to make sure they are the same, but how would I make sure the wires in firewall plugs would perform same function? Sorry for all the questions, just trying to cover all bases.

[quote] I have a complete folio of '93 truck diags, and they are not exactly accurate. These things are put together by tech writers, not mechanics, and are published ~ 6 months pre-production.
I couldn't make copies of mine for $12.00 tho - my cost for repros is higher unfortunately.

I think the cab wiring harness at the dash plugs was very close if not the same from 1993-1995 for all F-series Gas but not the Lightning. I know there were some things different in the cab like I think the 1993 had a dash light for the Inertia switch and the 1995 did not. The 95 has another light in its place and the cluster is wired differently also.
Come to think of it I think there is only one plug you need to worry about anyway, the other one goes to the under the truck stuff plus tail lights fuel pumps and trailer wiring.
The only problem here is you may have the E4OD and wiring is for a 4r70W. I think it goes into the big plug and jumps inside the cab over to the smaller plug and then goes to the transmission.
I will have to check on that, do have the 1993 E&V TS manual from Ford but I have seen errors in the E&V TS manuals.

I couldn't see it being different from year to year for production cost reasons. The only thing that could be different from 93 to 94 is the airbag but I don't know if that was an in-cab wiring only.
