I don't know what a courier is, but there's a Grant is mine.

Well isn't that some helpful information

A Courier is an imported miniature pickup sold by Ford in the US during the 70's. It's the predecessor to the Ford Ranger (the compact pickup, not the trim package).

I don't have a direct answer to your question, but I do know that they are two completely different vehicles. The Courier was made by Mazda of Japan, so it is unlikely they share many parts. I don't think there is even a Courier section on FTE. If you don't have much luck here, maybe someone on the Ranger forum would know. Most anything is possible with fabrication, if it would come to that.

Bumpside (67-72) steering wheels should work on 73-77 trucks; starting in '78 the wheels are different (car type).
