Hi all, I'm Greg from Vermillion. Sorry I didn't jump into this post earlier. Had a feeling there were more Ford people from this area using the FTE site. I don't post much but lurk a lot! Have been a Ford guy since birth, currently '02 f-350 diesel, couple of escorts (for fuel mileage!), '73 gran torino sport, and the wife's merc. Have lots of older ford parts laying around from building a 78 bronco several years ago. Willing to help out where ever I can. Hobbies are motorcycling, snowmobiling, and horses.

Howdy All!

Last time I was in this neck of the woods on FTE there was just a High Plains chapter! Now we're all growed up! he he.

Too bad everybody's an hour away from everybody else eh? My wife and I just bought a home in Bruce, SD (our first) just north of Brookings. It's a two story farm house with a small barn for a garage. I can't tell you how stoked I am to see blue parked out front of it!

Glad we've got a chapter now. Maybe we can get together some time. I'm part of the Brookings Car Council too. We do a big show here in Brookings mid june (usually the weekend before Sioux Falls does their big downtown show). Might be a good chance to get together. There aren't a lot of fords represented here, so it'd be great to bring some in!

FTE First and Best!

Welcome!

Glad you poked your head in. Was hoping you would. Bruce is a nice little town. So is Brookings for that matter.

Dave Severson is down Madison way so that is not so far.

Thanks. We're getting settled in and looking forward to enjoying a long time here.

So are you in Huron, or Pierre? To quote Doc Hudson "I'm confused."
:P

Hey, I'm gonna be in Madison on Sunday...

I used to be near Huron. Worked with a fellow from Bruce over to Twin City fan in Brookings... I had to roll through there when Volga had the propane leak, talk about a major detour...

Huh. I'm too new to the area to know about that. When did it happen?
