I've just been bouncing around D-Bar and the LBC (Long Beach) this weekend.
Ran 7 miles around Signal Hill yesterday morning. It hurt so good. There are some nice ladies on the running team and I was lucky enough to keep up with them for most of the run, actually just a tad behind them. I'll get my motivation where I can!
Hey So Cali and all you So Cali wanabes....just messing we enjoy all you BS too.....So how about the USC killing....it wasnt close enough to be called a game....same with the UCLA death......

Happy Monday Left Coast...how about them Trojans?!?! My buddy...who predicted a Ohio State blowout victory...is in mourning. You have to cut him some slack however..he graduated from Ohio State!!!

how about the chargers getting robbed of their rightfully earned victory...that was the worst call i have perhaps ever seen, chargers should have won that game...damn ref ruined it

its ok, it hurts but i got perkoset for that and flexorill for the muscle problems. i get surgery friday, right now i am in a cast from mid bicep to my knucles...it sucks...
