Looks like we'll have another weekend of rain, Hurricane Ike is on the way
If it keeps this up, I'll never get my little camper finished in time for the car show at Wilburton OK next month.
Wilburton is west of Mena AR, probably 90 miles or so. The show last year was the largest ever. There were 425 vehicles there.
Looks like we are in for a bad time today, one tornado warning down and they seem to be lining up to the south of us.
The show was a joke. I left and went to Springfield. There was a club meeting up there and then we went and watched the "street machines" cruise. It was the fall nationals up there this weekend. I hit some nice heavy rain on the way home, but the 56 did fine. Rain-X is your friend.
Well we made it! At one time we had tornado warnings to the east and west of us, but none actually touched down. Lots of rain and wind. The power is out to my shop and I don't expect it back on for several days. I feel for the folks in TX, Entergy says that 99% of their customers there are without power.
Brian, sounds like some of the local shows around here. I've been to a few that only had a few vehicles show up. We have one coming up the 27th that was pretty good last year, I think around 75 vehicles.

We had a lot of rain and wind. The power was out for a couple of hours last night (wind damage maybe?). It flickered on and off a couple of times today.
