The 67 cab has alot of different things about it, though overall it's the same shell. The inside door handles, no actual locks(it's the door hande), heater controls, radio are just a few things.
I think most of the suspension will bolt on the same, though might be heavier duty. There was a few options for rear springs set ups, but I think you could interchange.
Bill will be able to give you exact parts interchange if you are looking for something specific.

Are all trucks either 2wd or 4wd? 2wd's will all have front coil springs, and its likely that F250 front coils will be rated heavier than those on F100. 4wd models use front coils for F100,and leaf springs all around on F250... you might want to list which parts you would like to take off the donor truck, and which truck you want to put them on,then wait for NumberDummy(Bill) to weigh in, he knows his stuff! 1967: The cab isn't the same as 1968/72, because the dash itself is different, so is the brake pedal support bracket and related parts, the firewall, and as mentioned, the doors are 1967 only.
1968/72's have door lock *****, 1967's do not.
New Gov't Safety Standards were mandated in 1968 that all vehicles had to have lock *****. In order to accomodate them, Ford changed the door shells, the latches, window regulators, door remote controls, armrests, window and door inside handles. Unrelated, is the vent frame and handle, also 1967 only.
The only parts that fit 1967 & 1968/72 doors are the weatherstrips, the door and vent glass, the outside door handles, the door lock cylinders and keys (but not the links), the bracket that holds the glass, and the door hinges. Everything else is different.
However, the entire door can be swapped: 1967/72.
NOTE: Tomorrow I head for UT, then WY, MT and ID.
My wife's taking her laptop, so I can answer general questions, but I won't have any parts catalog access, and I won't be on at all during the day.
