Turbo 3.0, 2005 ranger

Im thinking about putting My .60/.48 T3 turbo on my 2005 ranger 3.0. I have checked the compressor maps and the .60 seems to be right in where I want it with 73% efficiency at 3500-4000 RPM with a pressure ratio of about 1.50(7 psi at sea level). I think my Hot side may be a little small for the V6 but will work as the engine is stock. My question is: What should I do about fuel delivery? I was thinking of upgrading to 19lb injectors and a MAF from a 5.0 explorer but im not sure the fuel pump has the flow that I want. I would think that the fuel pump from a ranger should be the same as a fuel pump from an explorer, but im not sure. I also could go the route of an FMU, but again, pump issues come up, will the pump have enough pressure? What should I do in this case?
