I was on the net somewhere, and came across the name-went to the site, read a few threads, looked at acouple of forums, signed up, and the rest is history. I try to help those I can with repair ??-only in areas that I am completely knowledgable, or had previous problems with a good outcome on a repair. I don't like to get into discussions about personal preferences, or brand loyalty to products, but will offer an opinion if asked directly. I looked at the Illinois forum last year or so, you were looking for a Chapter Leader, and the forum was kind of running slightly amok(my opinion)-I was looking to get into the Chapter, by attending meetings(if you do this),or get togethers-I had a full plate at that time, as I was an Officer in another organization. Hope to hear more from you.......

lol my antenna was 1" in diamiter when i got off work tonight at 3 am. thank god the wind was blowing west otherwize i would have never got my doors open
coming home from WV on Tues, my antenna continually grew to about 3/4"....
but now I am sitting in 53* weather, 20 mph winds and seeing the sunshine for the first time in DAYS!!
this is normal for March/April tornado season, NOT for December

Probably got about 3.5/4.5" of white stuff, just enough to make life miserable yesterday-plows were doing a lousy job of cleaning up-in the NW subs of Chi-town, it was bad driving, as I'm a trucker, got stuck trying to make a right turn-woulda been fine ,but the light changed(not plowed at all), and I had a local cop behind me-he stopped traffic so I could get moving-nice guy...just a PITA all day...
