What do I have to do to join the chapter besides send the join request thing to Traxxis?

At the top of the Oklahoma Chapter page, right after (Oklahoma Chapter) it says Join Chapter, Leader Traxxis. Did you click on the Join Chapter link? where are you located? We are trying to get together Saturday evening for BBQ at Legends BBQ in Owasso. Planned meeting time is 5:00.

I clicked the join chapter link but I didnt know if I was supposed to get an email after it was accepted or not. I am in Oklahoma City.
