You can make a set of relocation brackets that will bolt on. Basically, they would be a flat piece of metal with a hole on one end and a stud welded to the other.
You would use the OEM bolts to hold the brackets down, then the seats would set on the studs and you would use nuts to hold them down. I made a set for my Mustang years ago to move the seat back so I could actually fit in the car
Now the legal disclaimer: I do not recommend modifying any safety components as it can lead to serious injury or death if not made properly. The above statement is simply summary of my personal experience, not advice or reccomendations....

Im only 6' 1" but i dont have any intentions of ever sitting in the back seat.I had a Windstar and i could put the seat the whole way back without hitting the car seat behind me.With the Ex i cant put the seat back as far as i want.No big deal,its my wifes anyway.I mostly drive my truck.
