Welcome to the site:
You must not be looking too hard for your parts. These components are just about everywhere. Are you in an area that has limited access, or tough taxes for importing parts?
To the left of your screen, you will find many sponsors that will carry lockouts for your truck, and you will also find the power assist ram that you desire. You will just have to know which style you actually have.
Have a look there, you will find what you are looking for.
Tell us a little more about your ride. Is it basically stock, or is it modified? Is a replacement hydro ram really what you need, or is there a need for a better system?
You will find what you are looking for here.

Welcome to FTE

The lockout hub parts, the P/S: ram cylinder seal kit, the ram end bushing (mounting) kit, the control valve seal kit, the stud kit, and the pump seal kit are all still available from Ford.

Contact FTE sponsor FTEpartsguy.com (Ed Olson @ Parr Ford in Bremerton WA) for assistance.

FTE members get discounts on all new Ford parts off the actual Ford MSRP (Manufacturers Suggested Retail Price).

Bronco Graveyard also has the lockout parts, maybe the seal kits, dunno.

Power Steering Control Valve: 1974 High Boy's after serial # T80,001 and all 1975/77.5's use the BENDIX type.

1974's before serial # T80,001 and all 1973's use the GARRISON type.

These two control valves are totally different and will not interchange.

When new parts are still available from Ford, where do you think the various aftermarket speciality suppliers are buying them from?

Their local Ford dealer, then they mark up the prices up accordingly.

I just checked, it is still available from Ford. Maybe you gave Ed the wrong info.

Ed usually contacts me when he needs part numbers for 1979 and earlier vehicles, because he doesn't have any parts catalogs prior to 1980.

I haven't heard a peep oughtta him inre to these parts.

D4TZ3A764A .. Ram Seal Kit-Bendix / MSRP: $ 49.87 / FTEpartsguy.com price: $35.90.

Fits: 1974 F250 4WD after serial # T80,000 / All 1975/77.5's.

The closest Ford dealer to you that has the kit is Countryside Ford in Navarre OH: 800-879-2124

Matlock Ford-Mercury in Franklin IN also has one of the kits.

Why take a chance and buy a kit that has been opened?

It was opened for a reason, and my guess as to why is....

A mechanic in the Ford dealers shop was installing a kit and ruined one of the parts (that is not uncommon, trust me!).

So the other kit the dealer had was opened and a part was robbed from it. It's possible the defective part was put back into the bag. PASS!

This kit comes in a vacuum sealed plastic bag, so it's EZ to tell if the bag has been opened.

There are other dealers that have it, as does Wesley Obsolete Parts in KY that has two.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
D3TZ3C590A .. P/S Ram Bushing (Mounting) Kit / This kit is still available from Ford according to Ed (FTEparts guy).

MSRP: $39.22 / FTEpartsguy.com price: $28.24

Two sources in Ohio have this kit. Navarre isn't one of them.

I doubt you will be able to buy it for the above net price. And you'll still have to pay shipping charges, regardless.

Green Sales Company (greensalescompany.com) in Cincinnati, has 5: 800-543-4959.

Beau Townsend Ford in Vandalia has one.
