There is in fact an option out there for putting a stock premium unit into a regular stereo wired vehicle. Ford actually did a kit for this purpose. It is no longer available though but there is a guy on ebay that carries the kit. He purchased these kits from dealers getting rid of old inventory. It is the adaptor harness and the regular Ford amp. The price is $325 - OUCH. I think I will go with an aftermarket stereo unless somebody convinces me the Ford Premium is worth it. Superduty, I dont have photobucket or webshot so I cant post a pic of the back of the unit

#325 ain't bad if you are getting the amp too IMO.
I'm think you need the Amp for the radio to work OK..not sure though.

You can buy super nice aftermarket setup (deck, amp, maybe even speakers) for that money... I'd pass.
