My condolences, prayers and thoughts for you Steve. Your truck is beautiful and your devotion to build it for her is a testament to what she meant to you. I believe you both have been blessed. Drive on.

Also looking for a 1937 Ford sedan 2dr, and any old panel truck.
OK, guys, here is my entry for the contest, Old Betsy, my 1954 F-100.
This was taken in 1977, the same year I bought my truck from my grandfather. It was my senior year in college and our soccer team won the Div III National Championship so we had a parade for the team and most of the guys piled in my truck!
This a recent interior shot of my truck. I have tried to keep the truck as stock as possible, so it looks like it did when my grandfather bought it on December 23, 1954.
OK, guys, here is my entry for the contest, Old Betsy, my 1954 F-100.
My most recent picture taken Nov 22, 2008. We had 6 inches of snow so I had to get it out.
GREAT Truck and a SUPER picture !!! Sorta just says .....'TRUCK !"
Thanks, guys! I like the old truck. It is easy driving and has good handling. With the radials I have on it it has a smooth ride. It is hard to believe but I have owned it longer than my grandfather did!

bought from Grandpa in 1977 for $200
At long last - two days left for entries. Pass the word by PM or E-Mail if you can, it's about to get down to the voting.
I've looked forward to and dreaded this part - because it calls for leafing back through all those pages of posts and making sense of all of them.
I would like to ask for two volunteers at this time to be "Marshalls" - double checking my count. This next phase coming up on monday will involve counting the votes everyone gets and checking them twice. I don't want to mess this up, I want it to be fair as it can be!
Everyone has until sunday at midnight to enter if they choose to. There may be last minute judgement calls needed for late entries...
It will go BY THE TRUCK, not picture or owner. Each vehicle is a unique entrant, no matter how many you have.
Unless otherwise decided I would like to see the votes go on for two weeks, each voter to pick ten trucks, and the voting will close on december the fourteenth at midnight.
If a tie-breaker is required it will occupy most of a week, leaving the rest of december for the final poll - which will close at midnight, NEW YEARS EVE, as observed in Memphis TN (Central Time).
Is this agreeable with everyone?
Steve Bricks - would you like to be a part of this? You've been great help in the past...
