Please Help!!!
Going down the road my 95 PSD was acting like it was missing. It was sputtering and then died. It would not start back up for 5 mins. It started up and then on the way home it started to sputter again. I was on the freeway and it would barely go 55. I put the pedal to the floor and it stopped sputtering, but would only go 65 mph. The ck engine light came and I limped off the freeway and it died again. I let it set for 5 min and it started back up and was sputtering at low speed and managed to make it home. It did die 2 more times at low speed( stop signs). I don't know what the hell is going on. PLEASE HELP!!!

Cam sensor or fuel pressure regulator screen clogged, or under valve cover harness burned. My bet is Cam sensor $20 on www.powerstrokeshop dot com or the screen. Relax brother, we'll help you get it figured out.

It's at the 10 o'clock position next to the harmonic balancer. Real easy swap, 10mm wrench or socket, and one connector. Sometimes they are a mother to get out, I just use a pair of pliers and wiggle it out. I had one that would just intermittently make the truck shut off for a second.
Also, maybe check fuel psi at the schrader valve on the side of the FPR

There is an under valve cover harness (UVCH) on each side. Check the plugs. The plugs go thru the valve cover gasket. Check right there where they plug in. Then you can remove the valve cover and check for burnt or worn wires.
I would do the CPS first and definately clean the screen on the fuel bowl.
Another way to clean the screen if you want to get at it better. Drain the fuel bowl with the yellow valve located towards the front of the bowl. Remove the FPR (fuel pressure regulator) off of the drivers side of the fuel filter bowl. I believe it is 2 10 mm bolts. Anyway loosen it and pull it back being sure not to loose the bolts. You can then see the screen on the FPR well. It will be easier to clean now. Then replace it and change the fuel filter while you are in there
