I filled up last night, I got 15 mpg using the ford additive. The best I have ever done in the past using winter blend fuels and having the winter tires on is about 13.5 mpg. The mileage was a lot of highway miles with alot of mtn pass type driving, 5 people in the truck and all their related ski gear for a weekend playing.
Like I suggested before, The truck has had work done by the stealership to repair issues, and I also use a product called "Diesel Prep Artic" by Texas Refinery Corp. for winter fuel stabilization and injector cleaning. But, I have always used that product, even in summer to keep enjectors in good shape.
I would wager the ford additive is helping mileage just from the history of bringing my truck into stealership for repairs, and it getting the same or poorer fuel mileage after any work was completed.
