Though not a particularly stellar year for F-100's, this will be a rather rare truck when you're through.

Good luck on this project!

Until you have about 25 posts, I believe you're limited on what you can attach, including photos.

Upload your photos to your Gallery, then find the code for linking them to a post.

Get your gallery loaded first. Then, you can just say, "Look in my gallery" if you can't link the photos to your posts.

yeah you can send me a PM (personal message) which is like a email through this site, im not sure how many posts you need to enable PMs, but if you go through your user CP settings its all in there. New parts are awesome! i just re geared my truck from the stock 3.77 or 73 whatever it was, to 4.56s such a difference!

Welcome aboard Alana, and please join in the discussion whenever the notion strikes you. I checked out your gallery. Nice project truck and I can see lots of work in your future. That should be fun, and FTE should prove to be a big help.

Hi Alana - welcome to the chapter! (Just approved you join request)

I'm glad to see a 57 in the club. (Some of us like them, Marv)

A '57 won the F100 Western Nationals this year, so they are starting to get some respect. Tell us a bit about yours!

Yipppyyyyy

I'm humbly honored!!!

Go to my gallery and i have posted a bunch of pix!

I was raised by a race car driver---- Formula Fords--- My MOM none the less- WON over 60 races out 62 So, ive had my share of old trucks and cars. I am a single mom and wanted to find a great project for us BOTH to work on, a boy needs to have his head under the hood! (so to speak) LOL

SO, i have BIG plans for our "new" 57' Ordered a bunch of things over the holiday, looking to transfer to power steering and disc breaks up from, keep drum in back- on the search for Pinion/racket (spelling)? disc system (used if i can find one) the motor is great, just some minor adjustments and tweeks- 302 V8. The interior needs everything White vinyl with blue trim bench seat- chrome throughout---- new heater, fix hole in floor board - last owner switch to automatic.
Exterior, a lot as well. Work in progress for sure! in the end- Powder baby blue with opec/white reverse flames - blonde wooden bed and chrome everywhere!

Thanks SOOOO much for the love!

Hope to meet everyone at a fun event in the future! You will surly see my baby out and about!

Welcome to FTE and the SoCal/Hawaii Chapter.

FYI:

One of the best autoparts stores anywhere for older vehicles is: Engler Brothers Auto Parts on Pico Blvd, in Santa Monica.
