92 F-350, 7.3 diesel, replaced the starter, and starter relay, now i have no power at all, when i turn on the ignition, i have nothing, checked all fuses, all are good, where are fuse links located that would cause this problem?
I have the same problem with my '88 f-250 with a 351. I have chaged the ignition switch also but nothing has helped. If you find out the problem I would sure appreciate a note, I will also keep you posted on what I find.
Fuseable links are located on the wire ends close to the starter solenoid (relay). They are about an inch long and it's apparent if they are burned open. They will be melted and slightly discolored. My first guess would be a bad solenoid, but you've changed that. Check your battery ground wire, especially the connection to the engine block. Good luck.

The big red wire that goes on the started is hot all the time. The small wire is the activation wire that engages the solinoid and slams the gear out and connects electricity to the starter motor. If the solinoid is shorted it will appear dead, even on new starters I've seen bad ones. Also if the hot wire touched ground while you had the starter off it will have burned out the link.
