more power and dose this fit

hey all im loking at giving my 3.0 some more power i have
a 94 ranger with a 373 rear but im thinking of taking an intake off a newer 3.0 (with coil pack) sence they have more power thought i might gain some but also not so much stuff bolted to it cause i want to clean up my motor compartment

so will it fit??
