Let's talk MOD's..............Just got a new CPS to replace a failing one. Runnin along and POW no RMS, then back up again. This has been going on for the last month or so and I've gotten alot of advice off of the FTE forum. I got in contact with a guy that had one go out and we went for a cruise from Monticello to Bude. No problems there, but it cut out 4 times on the way back. He said get a new CPS and keep the old one just in case. Replaced it tonight and will road test it tomorrow. Just got my crackle cure hose in and the fuel xover kit should be in tomorrow. Check my sig for the rest of the mod's and how about a get together soon. Like to talk shop with some other PSD freaks.
Just a thought........:>) Purty good at burnin meat. Mybe gettin together as a chapter and havin a BBQ would bring folks out. I have to work for the next 5 days.(on call duty at the mill) So i will be sticken close to home. I'm a 20yr Boy Scout Leader and the past pres. of our local Exchange club and have learned that "if you cook they will come". Looks like you may be the 1st pres. of our chapter and I would be willing to help build the club. I can get us into the Atwood Waterpark here in Monticello. We have our ABATE State Bike Rallies here and have had lots of Boy Scout event over the last eight years.
IF I get elected or whomever gets elected, we will certainly need some help. As far as a cookout goes, that sounds great although we'll have to see what Gustav has in store for us. Will probably open a new thread for a cook out after the hurricane does what he wants to do.
hammer i love my psd! and i would love to have a get together!!! and like barry said whoever gets elected we will need some help! and talkin shop i could load up my toolbox and we could do any type of "mods" needed to anybodys truck ha ha

ahh we can still swap stories we might just have to save up a few mods and do um at the same time yea after Gustov we gonna go ahead and plan a get together and i like the avatar we aint gotta have the refrence to the forbidden words i like it tho hammer. anyway i wouuld kinda figure the first GTG should probabbly be in a central location for everybody! but we'll figure out somethin. btw hammer what's next mod wise for you? or for that matter anybody's near future mod plans anyway lemme know how that tool yard sale went.

I just got mt X-over hose for the oil balancing, waitin on the fuel balancing kit to arrive. Looks like I'll be pullin some overtime at the mill during the next 48hrs.
Hey, you Mississippi guys are getting started out real good, I wish we could get the Guys from the Louisiana Chapter as active as y'all are. When Y'all plan that BBQ aka cookout be sure and let me know. If it happens somewhere around Monticello, thats not all that far from Kentwood, I would probably be aable to make it.
