Camshaft upgrade

Will a .450 ish lift cam work with an EFI setup? What fuel mods would need to be done, new chip, etc.?

If you have a mass air motor it will adapt to a wide range of cams no mods necessary, with SD the choices are much more limited. What cam are you looking at?

Old Rob is starting off with a positive reputation.
Lift is ok, however that's a lot of duration @ .050 for a street engine.
