prep for the fall trip....

Here is my luggage carrier that we (the Family) use for our long trips to leave room to move around. Since I have a 4 year old and a 1 year old...it takes room...stroller portable crib...and you name it. I used this deal (built it for my 02 expedition) for a while....but I got it from my dad who used it on his 88 Aero Star and then my 92 5.0 mustage after some alterations...then sold to my uncle for his Toyota camery. That is where the patch came in do to his hot exhaust on the right side. It been a great little cargo carrier!

The really interesting thing is that when my Dad used it on the Aero Star he got 1 mpg better than with it on than off.....and we did many trips like that....I think it helps smooth out the air behind the van. I am currious to see what it would do for my 08 Expedition....I didn't notice alot of difference on my 02 Expedition. Anyhow...its a great little carrier.

Leaves much more room

I like for things not to be piled up where I can still see out the back glass...and these liners have been great too! Just sharing the pics...
