Front or Rear?

If the front, there are three different sized bushings, it depends on which front spring the truck has.

I need the front spring ID number which is stamped next to the eye bolt on the main leaf.

It's better to ask [dumb] questions, than to list wrong info.

There's no dimensions listed for the HB front springs in the parts catalog.

Obviously if there was, I wouldn't have needed to ask the question.

I don't have a HB, or have access to one. I do have the parts catalog.

Rear Spring Shackle Bushing: C7TZ-5781-C (replaced C7TZ-5781-A).

1 9/32" O.D. / 5/8" I.D. / 2 3/4" long.

Just did a 75 highboy rear spring and shackle bushings, spring eye bushings were Moog #sb308, were a direct fit, shackle bushings Moog#sb336 you have to cut down the lenght a little to fit in the hanger. Good luck

I am getting ready to do the same on my F250 HB. You remember the dimensions of the shackle bushings? I looked at the MOOG p/n you posted but they dont have any dimensions?
