My front tank sending unit went out today. I'm replacing the rear tank after this weekend because we are moving. I need help with finding instructions or if any of you maybe know on how to replace the front tank sending unit on a 1995 F-250 diesel. Any info is appreciated.

 

its a peice of cake, you dont have to pul lthe tank out to even do it, just remove the fuel lines, remove the locking ring and pull the whole unit out of the tank. the sender is seperate from the pick-up itself, i cant recall the bolt size but 5/16 or 1/4 is sticking in my head. and one electrical connector

 

where can i get one and how much is it? and can i come to your house to get the fuel line tool when i do it?

 

you can borrow the tools you need, and if i recall the sending unit is only 60-70 bucks, advance and autozone, or napa, or worse case....ford.

 

ill stick with advance or autozone. last time i did somethin for my truck at ford they tried to kill it. lol thanks alot joe i will call you when i do it. it'll probly be next week if i can get some money toether
