i was going to ask the same thing Rob.. is part 4 or part 5 the record?
with the Huskers starting their season along with many other college football teams this week.. i'm sure we could have a lot of post talk.
Quick Take: Seahawks at Chargers Keep your eye on ...
Seahawks RB Justin Forsett: The rookie from California has been spectacular in his first two games. He has rushed for 194 yards and a touchdown in the preseason, while compiling a remarkable 6.9 yards-per-carry average. If he can keep it up throughout the preseason, he could find himself with a role in a crowded Seattle backfield. Charlie Frye battles for spot: A week after second-string QB Seneca Wallace lit up the scoreboard in the first game of the preseason, coach Mike Holmgren chose to give Frye extended playing time. Frye responded by having a difficult time completing passes and finished with three interceptions. Jacob Hester running well: With Michael Turner in Atlanta, the Chargers appear to have found his replacement in the rookie out of LSU. Hester has run hard through two games, while LaDainian Tomlinson hasn't seen preseason action since August of 2005. Chargers WR Craig Davis: The second-year receiver did a little bit of everything against the Rams last week (two receptions, one rush, one punt return). He could see increased opportunities on punt returns depending on the status of Darren Sproles' knee, which he injured against St. Louis.
Pat and all of his faithful followers... have a good day!!!!!!!!!!
