First thing: I owe the Alabam Chapter an apology. I have not checked in as frequently as I should have been. I missed approving several membership requests, and to those affected, I offer a sincere apology.
Second thing: Any ideas on trying to arrange a get-together?
We tried a few times way back when and never had any luck.
Some state chapters are active and some are very slow. Our's seesm to be one that is slow.
I live in the Birmingham area and would be glad to try and meet up with some others in the area some evening for dinner and socializing. My work can be unpredictable but I'd like to think I could make a week night meet.
We have just not had much luck trying to do a state wide thing. I guess it's too far for folks to travel (especially with the price of ga$ !)
I won't be able to make it. I will be out of town.
I think my dad goes to that show and some others in the area.
