my wife and father in law are coming home from ND...they are 100 miles east of Billings and it sounds like the truck has a leaking injector...they're trying to get to Laurel...anyone have any experience with this dealer?

I've heard good things about Laurel Ford. At least they're a lot better than the Ford dealer is here in Billings. The dealer here has some credibility issues as far as service and sales goes.

Looks as though everything should turn out fine...Ford RA got the tow truck out in a timely manner...The dealer had the truck in first thing this morning, and my wife is picking it up now...It had lost an injector...The service advisors stayed in contact with me the whole time, and as long as my family makes it home okay, I have nothing to complain about...The service I received here was as good as i've ever experienced...A big thank you to Laurel Ford for pushing things aside to get them on the road..
